As a Registered NDIS Provider, we offer disability support to all self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed participants in Greater Sydney and Melbourne.

Personal Care
You can face each day with a positive mindset when your personal care needs are well taken care of. We will provide you with an in-home team of support workers who will assist with personal hygiene, getting dressed, toileting and even grooming. These services are delivered respectfully and with your comfort in mind. We also teach you to perform these tasks independently so you can feel that sense of accomplishment and build your skills for daily living.
Examples of personal care include:
- Taking a bath or shower
- Shaving or doing your hair
- Continence management and menstrual care
- Mobility around the house
Household Tasks
Our goal at Well Wish Care Providers we want to make sure your home environment is tidy and welcoming. We offer assistance with common household tasks such as doing the dishes, cleaning the house, doing the laundry and more. Our friendly support workers will not only get these tasks done to perfection, but they will also empower you to perform certain household tasks independently. With us, you can enjoy a clean house, and a clear mind.

Travel and Transport
Getting around in your community can be done with ease when you have Well Wish Care Providers as your travel and transport provider. We understand all of the challenges that come with travelling, and we tailor our services to help you overcome these little hurdles in comfort. Our courteous, professional drivers will help you get to where you need to be safely, and as often as you require, in accessible vehicles that have your needs in mind.

- Get to work or school daily
- Get to doctor’s appointments

Community Participation
There is so much to experience in life and we can help you become a part of the thriving community on your doorstep. Participating in local programs, classes and events will allow the opportunity to make friends, interact with people who share your interests and learn new skills. Whether you enjoy sports, dance or art, we can help you find an activity that you will enjoy and we’ll also provide transport to and from community events.

- Volunteer and attend community events

Community Nursing
Well Wish Care has registered and experienced community nurses that attend to your clinical needs in the comfort of your own home. Whether you have a chronic condition or you’ve recently had surgery, or if your disability requires round-the-clock nursing care, we provide culturally sensitive, professional nursing that you can depend on, including high intensity support.
Examples of community nursing include:
- Wound care and catheter management
- Medication administration
- Heart rate monitoring
- PEG feeding
Supported Independent Living
Well Wish provides Supported Independent Living (SIL) for people with disability who need 24/7 support at home. This includes help throughout the day and overnight - in either shared accommodation or individual homes. Our focus is on creating stable, respectful living environments where people feel safe, supported and included. We take the time to match the right workers, build daily routines that make sense, and support people to live as independently as possible — with the backup they need, always close by.
Our SIL services include:
- 24/7 support, including sleepover shifts
- Personal care, medication support and mealtime assistance
- Help with household tasks like cleaning and laundry
- Support with routines, goal setting and daily structure
- Community access, appointments and social activities
- Ongoing coordination and communication with families and other providers

Do you provide 24/7 care?
Yes, we provide 24/7 in-home care and community nursing as well as overnight nursing for those who require full-time assistance.
Will my support workers change?
We will assign a compatible team of carers especially for you, and they will remain your support team for as long as you need, so you become familiar with them and can develop a trusting relationship.
Can you assist with complex care needs?
Well Wish Care Providers has skilled, qualified nurses and support workers that can cope with complex care. If you have a high intensity functional impairment or require complex nursing care, we can most certainly help you.
Do you offer hoisting and wheelchair support?
Our in-home support workers and community nurses are fully trained to assist participants with bed hoisting. We also help with mobility around the home and in the community for people in wheelchairs or those using other assistive aids.
