We work across Sydney and Melbourne, offering in-home aged care through the Home Care Package / Support At Home Program. Whether it’s a few hours a week or something more regular, we’re here to make life at home more manageable — in small, practical ways that add up.
Are you currently receiving CHSP support?
If you’re on the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), you may be eligible to move to a Home Care Package for more ongoing and flexible support. You can request a reassessment anytime through My Aged Care.

We’ve partnered with Trilogy Care, a trusted national provider under the Home Care Package / Support At Home Program. That means you get the structure and safeguards of a national system — with the local, hands-on support of a small, caring team who knows your area.

We work with Trilogy to make sure your package is used well - whether that means reviewing your budget, adjusting services or making changes as your needs shift.

Your support workers live nearby and get to know your routine. We keep things consistent, so you’re not explaining things to someone new each week.

We handle the day-to-day coordination - rostering, communication, updates - so things run smoothly in the background. You won’t need to chase anything up.
